"Why should I go to India? And why to Cactus?" While many of you will have answers to these questions already, please allow me to expand based on our experiences in working with foreign interns and full–time professionals over the last 7 years.

The biggest reason to come now is to experience a different culture in a rapidly growing economy, with an organization that offers an informal, friendly, and professional working environment. At the end of your tenure, you will leave us with vastly improved English skills (both written and spoken) since you will be immersed in an English-speaking office environment at Cactus. You will learn about the challenges and difficulties faced by organizations in serving individual customers—a learning that will help you professionally in any other company and even personally when you set your expectations as a consumer of goods/services. But most importantly, you will be exposed to a completely different way of living and working that will seem unplanned, chaotic, confusing, and even frustrating at times, but also a lot of fun and very exciting. And who knows, you might eventually begin to like India or Cactus so much that you may choose to stay back for an extended period.
